Isodun update v 1.4.0
V 1.4.0 introduces a few fixes/tweaks, and the introduction of both the NPC system and dialog system. While still very basic in the implementation, class-specific contextual dialog is made available with dynamic responses as part of the dialog tree. This will be used to add more world lore exposition and give classes more variation beyond just their starting gear.
My goal for getting a "demo" quality build released is to finalize the first zone of the game and introducing light story progression in turn, with the NPC character(s) providing a grounding and tangible result of your progress.
In addition to this, some changes have been made for walkable surfaces, no longer will the player skip or launch while going down and up sloped surfaces, and a falling timeout has been added to reset the player if stuck in a spot where they can't get out. this still needs a bit of extra work though so be careful.
